What we do have is the knowledge, the skills, and the arsenal of tools to make a plan that works for you, and only you. That guy looking over your shoulder at the gym? It won’t work for him. Why? Because it’s your personal plan, and it has nothing to do with him.
Our clients are individuals with unique goals. That fact is always foremost in our mind.
One client may be a female triathlete who got into her sport to lose weight. She wants to do well in her next triathlon, but she’s also frustrated by the fact that her training seems to have her putting on weight, not taking it off.
We know how to help her.
Another client is a guy who wants to build muscle definition but is afraid to eat too much in case he packs on the pounds. He runs, works out daily, and can’t seem to meet his goals. He performs well but not as well as he wants to or as well as he could – and he knows it.

Most nutritionists try to give these two very different people the same basic training plan. Not us. The one-method approach is for people who don’t know training like we do.
