I get my workout done first thing at 5am and have very little time to prepare breakfast, get ready, get my son ready, etc. I often go for the oatmeal with protein powder and a handful of berries. I can usually eat it while I am heading upstairs to start the getting ready routine. Lol. Very good suggestions.
