$250 per session which includes:

4 Full weeks, 12—60 min. sessions
Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 5:30 am to 6:30 am

OR 6 full weeks, 12–60 min. sessions
Monday, Wednesday 6:30 pm to 7:30pm

Measurements and Bodyfat testing
Nutrition and cardiovascular guidelines
Supplemental online fitness coaching

Is this appropriate for me? I’ve never exercised before.

Absolutely, the class is designed with everyone in mind. You will not be asked to do more than you are capable of; but at the same time, you will be challenged. All exercise levels are welcome. Because MP4 is accustomed to working with all levels of athletes, we are able to design a class to meet everyone’s needs.

What do I need to bring?

Water bottle, towel, appropriate fitness attire, exercise mat/yoga mat if you want (optional) and willingness to learn.

What does this include?

Each 4 or 6 week session includes: 12 – 60 minute classes that are fully instructed and progressed throughout the course. The classes have enough variation to keep you interested and enough repetition so you can become better each time you do it.   The class also includes detailed nutrition guidelines, e-mail support and pre and post class measurements including bodyfat measurements.  If you are diligent with your program, you can expect to lose 5 to 10 lbs in the four week course.  You are going to gain far more than the benefits we have just described; you will have completed your workout first thing in the morning, you will move better, feel better and look better.

What will this do for me?

You will achieve the body you have always desired.  You will have the sleek look of an athlete.  Not overly muscular, just nice and firm.  You will feel better, therefor you will look better.  You will have more energy and stamina to be able to tackle the demands of your day.  You can expect to lose body fat as seen in a flatter tummy and tighter backside.  You will be better equipped at making this a lifestyle change.

You are more likely to stick with this if you have a friend who does it with you.  Refer a friend and receive 15%.  Then take an additional 5% off for each friend you refer after that, up to 30%.  This discount is not combined with any other discount offered by Model Per4mance.
