Unchunky Monkey Soft Serve
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 T or more of peanut butter or PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
- 2 T chocolate protein powder
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender or food processor to your desired consistency. Scoop into a bowl and enjoy every bite.
I eat this creation for breakfast some days, immediately post workout some days, and just about any day that ends in Y. You must try it, too. I insist!
